He began his legal career at one of Canada’s top law firms, Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where he worked on high-stakes commercial disputes and developed a reputation for navigating complex legal matters under pressure. He later gained extensive experience collaborating with the legal team at the Royal Bank of Canada in downtown Toronto.
With a background in engineering and experience in Canada’s nuclear industry, Nick offers a unique analytical and problem-solving perspective that guides the firm’s strategic direction. As Managing Partner, he oversees operations, supports the legal team, and ensures the firm remains focused on delivering exceptional service to families navigating separation and divorce.
Jas Dhaliwal

Jas is an experienced family lawyer with over nine years of dedicated practice in family law.
He is committed to helping clients resolve their matters efficiently and respectfully outside of court whenever possible. However, he has extensive trial experience and is a strong advocate in the courtroom when litigation is necessary to protect his clients’ rights and interests.
Outside of his legal practice, Jas enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
